I’m drawn to places that are hard to map: enterprise software, ancient scripts, anything with more moving parts than instructions. I wander in, sketch the map, design and ship solutions with big teams. Along the way I leave tools behind so nobody else gets lost. At Salesforce, that means Marketing Cloud going agentic on every front. At home I’m a husband and proud father of two. Everything else fits around them, which might be my hardest map yet.
